About Marsi Gardiner

From staging homes to staging Tony-winning Broadway productions, Marsi Gardiner’s comprehensive expertise and connections throughout New York City have consistently worked to the benefit of her clients. She has owned and sold homes in Manhattan and Southern California for over 30 years and began living in NYC full-time in 2012.

Marsi has been with Brown Harris Stevens for over a decade. Clients appreciate her thoughtful, attentive nature and concierge-style service, as well as her eye for design—gleaned from designing and staging both her own homes and those of clients and friends.

For Marsi, relationships are the foundation of her work, and her desire to help others is what brought her to real estate. From colleagues to clients, she always strives to create a positive, conducive working environment. She carefully guides clients through the transaction process, offering advice and counsel whenever necessary.

Marsi’s passion for the arts has led her to win multiple Tony Awards as a Producer for Jersey Boys, Memphis, Dear Evan Hansen, and Girl from the North Country. Among her recent productions is the revival of Parade, starring Micaela Diamond and Ben Platt. She regularly mentors and helps prominent members of the NYC theatre community as they buy and sell real estate throughout the city.

A mother of three and an avid philanthropist, Marsi is an active member of Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids. She is also a dedicated supporter of Rosie’s Theater Kids, an arts education organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children through the arts; Sutton Place Parks Conservancy; and the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s Visible Ink Program—a theatre and writing program for patients and their families.

When she is not working with clients and helping launch new productions, Marsi enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, as well as working out with her QT fitness team and biking along the Jersey Shore.
