Nicolas Aubin’s approach to real estate was, interestingly enough, developed during his six-year stint in the French Special Forces. The Cadet Honor Code that he still follows to this day encompasses discipline, loyalty, honesty and integrity, as well as carrying any mission to the end with determination and initiative.

In addition to purchasing several investment properties where he was stationed in the south of France, Nicolas undertook the renovations for each property himself. He also travelled significantly across Europe and Africa, which helped him build a strong international network and learn about the demands of investors, buyers, and sellers in different markets.
